Enjoy this lovely 4.5 bedroom home located on Lake Denise at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL. Walk down to the private dock and get a close up look at slalom water skiing or schedule a set for you and the family by following the links below! Or Golf at the Community Golf Course! Or take a quiet walk or bike ride with the two supplied bikes. Or do it all!
The first floor leads out to a gorgeous screened in porch and pool table, which leads to an endless pool that overlooks the water ski course! Lots of outdoor seating (1 table for 4 and another table seats 6). Lots of loungers for sun bathing. Please know that only the spa can be heated for an added charge.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and has its own air conditioning control which is wonderful in the hot Florida summers. The half bedroom upstairs accommodates two children.
The kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and has a breakfast bar for two. The large rectangular dining table seats 10 and has a view of the front garden.
The living area has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and DVD player.
There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer on the first floor utility area adjoining the private parking garage that can keep one car out of the sun.

Don't forget to schedule a ski set on this private ski lake in the back yard with MC Skis or one of the other ski lakes in the Community at Swiss Ski School! Remember that these are private lakes, not for public swimming.

The house worked out perfectly for myself and two teenage sons.
There is capacity for more guests and could easily handle two small families.
The key for us was location to ski lessons in the morning and travel golf in the afternoons. The evenings were spent back at house in the pool and hot tub. The boys also utilized pool table on the porch each evening.
We found the house had everything we needed in the kitchen, and all tv, and porch stereo were easy to use and in good condition.

March 2023 - Sue, our host, was the best. The house was exactly as described and had all the space that we needed. The screened in lanai with pool table that walked out to the hot tub and pool was exactly what we needed for this vacation rental. We will definitely stay here again when visiting my brother that lives in the area. Couldnt have asked for a better spot.

Very secluded and private neighborhood with big backyard...The layout of this house is beneficial for larger groups/multiple families due to all the bedroom/bathroom combinations. Pool and hot tub were clean. Would recommend to others looking for a quiet spot about 1 hour from Orlando.

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty of room as house was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Property & pool were great. The big back yard was perfect. Loved sitting by the pool while watching the water skiers! Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again with family. One night we had a big dinner for some of my daughters college softball team and all loved it. The whole reservation process was easy and Sue made sure we had all that we needed. Thank You for a wonderful trip.

Notes
Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'. Located in Clermont just West of historic downtown and the National Training Center (NTC), this community was developed for those individuals that wanted to water ski and golf from their homes. Great for hiking, biking and walking as well.
