If the modern furnishing and updated lighting effects don’t blow you away, the view of the infinity pool and spa will! This home has so many extras, especially in the kitchen, to make your stay an awesome one! Good Vibes everywhere!
This well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath beauty that sleeps 7 (two King bedrooms, and another bedroom with a Queen and a Twin) is located in the main complex at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, Florida. It backs to the lovely 9 hole golf course which is available to you. You can also book a waterski set (or two!) with one of the private onsite ski lakes. In between feel free to take a bike ride on the 4 supplied bikes or enjoy a peaceful walk through this gorgeous community and enjoy the abundant nature in the resort. Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. Historic downtown Clermont is also close by and definitely worth a visit!
Overlooking the private infinity pool and spa is a spacious screened in lanai with lots of comfortable seating. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening happy hours! The pool deck also has several comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun. (Southern exposure makes this a very sunny spot!) Some windows have been tinted in case you’d rather nap indoors!
Each of the King bedrooms and the Queen/Twin room have their own private bathrooms. One is conveniently accessible from the pool area which includes a family tub - great for children! The fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras has a breakfast bar for two. Just off the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. For those grillmasters out there, the owners have supplied a pellet grill that is stored in the garage.
The cozy living area has comfortable seating, and a large smart flat screen TV. (There is also a TV in the 2nd King bedroom).
There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage that can keep your car out of the sun.

If interested, schedule a ski set with one of the onsite waterski outfitters - Swiss Ski School, MC Skis or Jack Travers Waterski School.
Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!
Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

If you want to stay in the area (Orlando outskirts), this is likely the best option. Spacious house with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, large living room with direct access to the pool and a nice garden. Very well equipped kitchen and all this in a private area of guarded residential complex. You do need a car to move around, but that is expected and it is not really a stone throw away from Orlando, but still very reasonable. We were very very happy there as we needed a place to stay as a family for a week near Montverde where our son started his next school year. Sues place was a perfect haven for us, big enough, very comfortable and we used it as a home that we leave everyday to see places and also a home that we happily return to after seeing the city or Cocoa beach or whatever. It was great for us and I believe it will be great for most.

Beautiful clean home in a beautiful neighborhood - This was such a beautiful stay! The house was spotless and modern. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept wonderfully the entire stay. We took advantage of the pool and spa daily and had almost complete privacy as there are privacy brushes surrounding almost the entire backyard. The location was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a golf course/driving range and jet ski rentals. The place was more beautiful than the pictures and we plan on returning and staying here again! Thank you again Ms. Sue!

Just like home! - I highly recommend this property while staying in Clermont. It has a convenient location to everything that is needed. The pool and hot tub were marvelous. We stayed a week, and found everything that was needed in the kitchen. Rode bikes and check out the golf course! Excellent communication with property manager, and very, very clean. Will stay again!

Beautiful home, centrally located, perfect! This was one of the nicer homes we have stayed at through VRBO. The kitchen was fully labeled so you werent looking for hours for something you may need to cook with, the bathrooms were well maintained and the the pool area and screened in sunroom were beautiful. We took our almost 2 year old and there were no fragile items out or sharp furniture which was great, and they had plenty of television choices to keep my son and 8 year old niece occupied when needed. The house temperature remained cool and the pool water was so very warm but refreshing! We saw some cool birds every morning and little frogs in the evening - the outdoor life was very unique. Overall it was a wonderful house to stay at and would stay at again.

Fantastic Stay! I just have to say...believe all the reviews. House is stocked with everything you need! Sue had stuff not every rental has. Theres pumps for pool toys in the garage. The grill is a plug in pellet grill (cooks very differently than propane so cook with lower heat and for less time); make sure to let it cool down before completely shutting it down. House was one of the cleanest we ever rented. Bare feet test was stellar; no dirt or grime on the bottom of our feet from the tile. Pool & spa were great! Spa got plenty hot and the pool is huge and comfortable. Inside is newly updated/decorated/furnished. The Master bed has a mattress made from the heavens; my wife and I are buying one very soon. Places we went: short drive to Publix; downtown Claremont is fun and about 8 min away (farmers market is one of the best); Legoland is 70-80 minutes away; and plenty of places to eat in Groveland and Clermont. Backyard is big and beautiful. Well done Sue! Youve earned these 5 stars

Amazing!! - I literally cant say enough great things about this property and sue, she was the best! Me and my family enjoyed every moment of our first Florida vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were everything and more, spent every evening in them and kids swam so much they were prunes. Pictures dont do this house justice, its beautiful inside and out. House has literally everything you could ever need or want . We cant wait to come back.

We had a very nice stay at this home. We enjoyed the pool/spa and the interior space is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and has golf and waterskiing nearby. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but if you are looking for a quiet, fun visit to Central Florida with friends and family I recommend this home.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. Everything we would need was provided and easily found. The kids loved the pool and the big comfy couch which was perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day at the parks. Everyone enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool. House is an easy 45 minute drive from Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at 7804 was absolutely wonderful! Everything about the house was PERFECT! It was sparkling clean, the kitchen was perfectly appointed, the furniture was comfortable, the decor was appealing and thoughtful, and special touches (table set, pool towels, cupboards labeled) made the house feel like a home! It was nice that Sue, the property manager, stopped by to meet us and answer any questions, too. This house will always be our first choice for housing at Swiss!

Beautiful house, extremely well furnished, clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need, and there are nice little touches everywhere, like pool towels and toys, candle lanterns, and even Netflix and Amazon streaming already set up for use on the large screen TV. We will happily stay there again the next time we visit Orlando.
Notes
Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'. Located in Clermont just West of historic downtown and the National Training Center (NTC), this community was developed for those individuals that wanted to water ski and golf from their homes. Great for hiking, biking and walking as well.
