We invite you to book this incredible property named "Good Water at Swiss" where the views are extraordinary! Gaze at the inviting, outdoor pool as well as the beauty of Lake Sumner. Or walk down to the private waterski lakes nearby to view those who are taking a lesson or competing in world-class waterski tournaments! There is 'Good Water' all around you!
Located in the main complex at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL, this inviting single story (with second floor loft) pool home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have their own private attached bathrooms. The third bedroom has a full bathroom nearby which opens onto the pool deck for quick access to the pool - great for small children who may have to take a quick bathroom break! Enjoy the attached lanai for quiet happy hours or a shaded area to enjoy your favorite book with an abundance of comfortable seating. The lanai overlooks a private pool with comfortable sun loungers.
Watch the golfers or sign up for a round yourself! Book a waterski set with one of the private onsite ski lakes. Enjoy a leisurely stroll with your morning coffee along the quiet streets and take in the abundant nature in the resort. Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. The Clermont Chain of Lakes and Historic Downtown Clermont are nearby.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for two. Just off the kitchen is a formal dining table that seats 7 comfortably.
The spacious living area has comfortable seating, and a flat screen TV with Roku. There is also a TV in the queen bedroom. The second floor balcony can be accessed by an interior circular stairway and is open and airy. Perfect for family to hang-out and enjoy reading, playing board games or working at the desk/computer table.
There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage. There are also 4 bicycles for guest use.
If interested, schedule a ski set with one of the onsite waterski outfitters - Swiss Ski School, MC Skis or the nearby Jack Travers Water Ski School.
Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!
Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

The Good Water home feels exactly like thathome away from home. The house is so very comfortable and has everything we need to enjoy our stay. It is situated right between two fantastic ski schools which is a dream come true for someone like me looking for a perfect ski site to get away to! The convenience of the grocery store being two miles away and nearby lovely downtown Clermont is the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend Good Water and cannot wait to go back!

Celebrating our 27 years of marriage! Beautiful views! This home is laid out perfectly. So many memories made: coffee with my love sitting outside, walks, runs, bikes, couple rounds of golf, cuddling on couch watching shows and doing a puzzle throughout the week. Thank you Sue!

Loved the close proximity to all the available activities. The views from the home looking over the golf course and lake were calming for the soul. The decor was warm and made us feel right at home! Will definitely be back!

Notes
Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. Please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'. Thank you for your business!

Located in Clermont just West of historic downtown and the National Training Center (NTC), this community was developed for those individuals that wanted to water ski and golf from their homes. Great for hiking, biking and walking as well.
